Top Shop recognises those that are providing excellence in customer experience in both the Horowhenua and Ka¯ piti regions.

Businesses register to enter the competition and then the customers do the talking, with a text to vote campaign that allows the general public to vote for the business in both the Horowhenua and Ka¯ piti regions that delivers the best customer experience.

The official Top Shop Awards launch event for Kapiti will be held at the Electra Business Breakfast — Wednesday, March 9, 7.15am-8.45am, at the Southwards Car Museum, where board members Heather Hutchings and Angela Buswell will speak about the ins and outs of the 2022 Top Shop Awards programme. Guest speaker Briar Franks from WellingtonNZ will talk about Optimising the mundane: Creating an unforgettable customer experience.
