They came out of retirement to sell a retirement village

-

Sue and Murray Woodley thought their working days were behind them. They had recently begun living their dream in a brand-new home, down in Ōtaki, and enjoying the garden, the beach and especially their grandchildren.

Then, when approached by former Presbyterian Support Central CE and friend Pat Waite who thought they would be the ideal team to take on the new Levin War Veterans Village, they couldn’t say no.

The Woodley’s had previously worked in residential real estate for many years and have a great eye for interior design.

“While we know the real estate market very well and have 18 years’ experience, we also know how to make the most out of retirement living and what’s important for peace of mind and comfort,” says Sue. “There’s a reason our new single level house has a flat lawn and easy-care garden,” adds Murray.

The Woodley’s describe their approach to selling property as empathetic.

“We take a very gentle approach and really listen to what people are saying about their needs for community connection and independence,” says Sue. “When it comes to Levin War Veterans Village, we can say, hand on heart that what is on offer is of the best quality.”

Sue and Murray are excited to see the Levin War Veterans Village come to life with the first 12 villas on sale now.

“We want to see people sit back, relax and enjoy their retirement in style.”
