However if any of the questions has caused you to reflect on things and raised concerns, it’s a good idea to talk to your partner, family members or friends. Talking is always a good idea!

Your score suggests in the last two weeks you’ve been feeling good, maybe even great! Go you. If you have the energy, it can be good to pay it forward and make sure the people around you are doing okay too. Check in on your partner, your kids and your friends. And take note of what you’ve done over the last two weeks that’s worked for you - and if you can, do more of it!
