Learning environment with ingrained feedback systems
Learning from others is a key way to avoid pitfalls and move quickly – there is no point recreating the wheel when others have already worked it out. Embedding a knowledge approach into the organisation, but perhaps more importantly, having a culture of learning and knowledge, is a key growth driver. chances of being successful when growing internationally are enhanced.
Many of these behaviours have been demonstrated by finalists and winners in the New Zealand International Business Awards. The Awards celebrate the success of New Zealand businesses on the world stage, recognising professional excellence, innovative practice and leadership through vision, commitment and success. And, as we get set to celebrate the finalists of the 2015 New Zealand International Business Awards in January, and the winners in March, we look forward to hearing from more businesses embedding these behaviours and approaches.
