Decide your brand and your key brand attribute(s), make sure they are clear and understood – inside and out – and don’t do or communicat­e anything if it is not true to your brand. Sell the problem you are solving. This must be based on an authentic ability to deliver on the promise your brand is making. Failure to deliver on the experience invoked will rapidly undermine the brand.
