used to be my favourite store to visit in Wellington and then it moved to Auckland! The owner travels to Japan regularly to buy stock at the auctions and amongst his purchases are pieces of traditional Japanese furniture, stacks of kimonos, beautiful baskets, fabrics and more. Over the years I have spent many hours searching through the warehouse for something perfect for myself or a client.
