Parawai Lions donate new seat
Last week the Parawai Lions Club presented a seat to Nga¯ Manu Nature Reserve for their Legacy Project.
The seat’s plaque reads Celebrating 100 years of Lions 1917-2017. Our Legacy to the Community. Donated by Parawai Lions Club. Member Carol Thornton said, “Rhys Mills accepted this on behalf of Nga¯ Manu and gave our members a very informative talk about the New Zealand Mistletoe garden he is currently developing which is where our seat will be placed. We look forward to seeing this garden develop over the next few months.”
