Scholarships available

Outward Bound has scholarships available for two new eight-day courses for youth with a physical disability. Youth Activate is an eight- day course for physically disabled youth 16-18. The course is suitable for teens who are independent, able to communicate clearly and who can travel and attend without a carer. The next course is scheduled for May 10-17. Applications close Thursday, April 14, and are first in, first served. Leaps and Bounds Activate is for physically disabled youth 13-16 and their parent or caregiver. The next course is October 10-17. Applications close Friday, September 9, first in first served. Both courses are supported by the Lindsay Foundation and fully funded excluding transport and medical costs. An amazing opportunity for young people to challenge themselves and discover their potential in the outdoors.
