Customer service

There is still time for businesses to register for the Electra Business and Innovation Awards Top Shop awards. Top Shop recognises those who are providing excellence in customer experience in the Ka¯ piti and Horowhenua districts. Businesses register to enter then customers do the talking, with a text to vote campaign that allows the public to vote for the business that delivers the best customer service.
