What is Coastlands doing, or not, to improve the car parking rules situation?

Our rules are in place to support our retailers, by ensuring car parks are available for shoppers when on-site. We value our customers and want to make sure car parks are available when they visit Coastlands. Unfortunately, we have recently seen the customer car parks misused by people exceeding the four-hour time limit. We will review our signage and messaging to ensure customers know where they can extend their time limit if they want to stay at the shopping centre longer than four hours.

What is your advice to someone about parking their vehicle at Coastlands? Coastlands is proud to be able to continue to provide 1500 free customer car parks on-site. With a limit of four hours, customers can enjoy a stress-free shopping experience at any one of our 135 tenancies and still catch a movie and a meal. For customers who wish to stay longer, they can speak with our friendly on-site team.
