United voices

Katikati Advertiser - - News -

United voices sang their hearts out and were so powerful that during the 53mm of rain between 4pm and 5pm on Sunday, you could only see the lightning. Their beautiful singing silenced the torrential downpour. It was a wonderful performance and our Mural Town Singers stole the show. The Te Aroha and St George’s Choir were also great.

Congratulations to Jeanette for striving for excellence — it really was obvious. A professional and well-practiced choir doesn’t use word sheets and the Mural Town Singers didn’t. $10 for a fabulous evening out. They performed awide variety of songs that everyone enjoyed.

Thanks, we should be so proud and supportive of what our small community does—“Small can be huge”. PAULAGAELIC
