Locally there are houses in Katikati and Omokoroa including 123 Park Rd, 185 Henry Rd, 15 Rereatukahi Pa Rd, 75a Wills Rd, 81 Windridge Lance and 20 Middlebrook Rd in Katikati. In O¯ mokoroa there’s 21 Greystone Place, 45 Lakeside Tce and 15 Lakeside Tce.

Santa’s Christmas Grotto:
At The Arts Junction. Guest appearances by Santa for selfie opportunities. Until December 28 except Christmas day.
Gypsy Fair: Huge fair features funky stalls, vehicles and entertainment. December 27-29 at Bowentown Reserve.
Tahawai Festival:
Live music from Kiwi acts such as Ria Hall, Corella, House of Shem, Sianne Dougherty, Harmonic Resonators and more at

Extravaganza Fair: This sustainably focused event features arts and crafts, kids games, circus acts, live music and food. December 31-January 2 at Waih¯ı Beach Community Centre reserve.
Waihi Beach Art Exhibition:
On January 5-8 at Waihi Beach Community Hall from 9am-4pm. The exhibition features local, original artwork for sale at good prices.
Waihi Beach Summer Fair:
At Wilson Park there will be entertainment, 200 plus stalls, live music and happy vibes. January 6.
Katikati Twilight Concerts 2024:
January 6 is the NZ Eagles tribute Show, January 27 is country rock and Woodstock to the 70s is on February 10 at Haiku Reserve.
Heritage display: Waih¯ı Beach local history at Waih¯ı Beach Community Centre on January11-12 from 10am-4pm.
United Kingdom clawhammer banjo player. The Arts Junction on January 12 at 7.30pm.
Dan Walsh: Katikati Avocado Food and Wine Festival:
Food, wine and live music. Headlining act The Black Seeds. Uretara
Domain, Katikati on January 13, from 12-6pm. South for Winter and The Mollymawks: At The Arts Junction on January 19, 7.30pm.
The Great Waih¯ı Beach Scavenger Hunt: Waih¯ı Beach in front of surf club on January 27-28.
Waihi Lions Art and Street Festival:
Brings music art and stalls to town. January 26 (4pm) and January 27 from 9am.
Katikati Plant and Produce Market:
Specialising in local fresh produce every Friday, 3.30-5.30pm at Katikati A&P Showgrounds.
Waih¯ı Beach Sunday Market:
Held every Sunday from Labour weekend until Easter from 9am-1pm.
Katikati Town and Country Market:
Operates on second Saturday of the month at Katikati War Memorial Hall from 9am-1pm. Local growers, producers of food and artisan crafts.
Waih¯ı Beach Farmers Market:
Locally sourced primary produce, vegetables, plants, meat, dairy, bread, baked goods and seasonal goods. Some crafts, entertainment and treats. Waih¯ı Beach School every Saturday from 8am-12pm.
Eileen’s Market:
Jewellery, metal art, baking, toys, books, crafts, soaps, plants, food and more. Katikati War Memorial Hall fourth Saturday of the month. 8am-12pm.
Omokoroa Market:
Local monthly market with hot food, coffee, arts, crafts, produce, plants and more. Omokoroa Settlers Hall. First and third Saturday each month from 9am-1pm.
