2024 Superhero Walk: Fundraising walk to honour heroes and support Waipuna Hospice in March. Fundraising period is until March 15. On March 16 participants walk at the Superhero Celebration Walk at Coronation Park, Mount Maunganui.

A time to remember: Waipuna Hospice will host a remembrance service on March 14, 6.30pm to come together as a community and bless the cards collected during the 2023 Remembrance Tree Appeal. Doggy Day Out: O¯ mokoroa Sportsground for a costume party on March 16 from 10am-2pm. The day includes dog education, stalls, music and competitions.
Katikati Jazz Street Party: Part of the 61st National Jazz Festival. Musicians entertaining crowds as well as food, market stalls and kids entertainment. March 23 from 11am-2pm on the Main Rd.
