Make a green smoothie
Green smoothies are super healthy and super delicious. Design your own using your favourite combo of herbs, green leafy veges and fresh fruit.
Here’s one to try:
Half a cucumber, chopped
1 ripe banana 1 cup apple juice
6 mint leaves 1 sprig of parsley
1 silverbeet leaf, chopped
½ to 1 cup cold water
Blend till smooth! Makes enough for three.
