Springtime is seedtime

Sow a bit of magic!

-

Spring is here!

The weather’s getting warmer and it’s time to get sowing!

Some seeds, like peas, sweet peas, calendula and poppies will sprout easily if you sow them outdoors at the beginning of spring. Other seeds, like beans and tomatoes, refuse to germinate until spring gets warmer. But wait a minute! That doesn’t stop us from sowing seeds in a warm place indoors. This way we can keep a close eye on them and watch nature in action! Beans have big seeds that sprout and grow quickly so they’re fun to experiment with. They will even sprout on wet tissue paper. Every day you will see a difference.
