Herby Fish Dish
A quick and simple dish that uses fennel, is easy to prepare and cooks in minutes.
INGREDIENTS
• 400–500g fish fillets
• 1 tsp oil or butter
• 1 clove garlic
• ½ cup finely chopped herbs (fennel, parsley and chives)
• salt and pepper to taste
• 4 tsp water
• 2 tsp arrowroot
METHOD
1. Dice the fish into small cubes.
2. Heat the oil and crush the garlic into a frying pan.
3. Add the fish and herbs.
4. Toss continually for about 2 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
5. Mix the arrowroot with water. Stir this paste in to thicken and season to taste.
6. serve at once.
