When we think weeds, we think unproducti­ve plants and grasses that repeatedly pop up in our gardens, stealing goodness from our soil and generally making a nuisance of themselves. However, a ‘weed’ can be a domesticat­ed plant that has self-seeded somewhere you did not want it to grow. Here are a few plants you may want to think carefully about planting at your place this growing season.
