THE GREAT GARDEN TOUR
From small but perfectly formed town gardens to large park-like gardens, 12 open their gates in the Hamilton
East, Hillcrest and Tamahere area. Featuring vegetables, herbs and perennials grown, propagated or planted on by schoolchildren, a plant sale will run 9.30am–1pm at Hillcrest Normal School Hall (218 Cambridge Road). Both events are fundraising for Hillcrest Normal Primary School in Hamilton.
