FRESH FLORAL BATH MIX

When using fresh flowers, make small quantities and use immediately.

ingredients

• ½ cup natural Epsom mineral salts

• ¼ cup himalayan or dead sea salt

• ¼ cup fresh flowers and/or herbs (e.g. chamomile, lavender, rose petals)

• 5ml fractionated coconut oil (or other carrier oil)

• 4–5 drops essential oils (optional)

Method

1. In a bowl, add Epsom salts and Himalayan or dead sea salt and combine.

2. Add fresh flowers and herbs and mix gently.

3. In a separate small bowl, add fractionated coconut oil (or other carrier oil) and 4–5 drops of your favourite essential oil. Mix gently.

4. Add oil mix to the bowl of salt mix and stir until thoroughly combined.

5. Take an empty teabag (or reusable cotton pouch) and, using a spoon, fill it with the floral mix.

6. Tie the teabag with ribbon or string. (For a gift, add a label with instructions.)
