KALANCHOE BLOSSFELDIANA (FLAMING KATY)

These cheerful wee succulents provide plenty of flower power over the winter months. In bloom now in the shops, they are great value. In the warmest of regions, they can be grown outside – but for the rest of the country, treat them as an indoor plant. The biggest problem you will have with kalanchoes is deciding which colour to choose. Blooms range from crisp whites, bright pinks, reds and oranges through to numerous tones of yellow. Place them in a brightly lit room and allow soil to dry out between waterings to avoid plants rotting from being too wet.
