A Job Well Done

Congratulations to Tom Marriott from Peter May, who took out National MITO (Motor Industry Training Organisation) Apprentice of the Year 2019. ‘His attention to details placed him well with his entry with his Workproof Seat Cover,’ enthuses employers Peter and Toni May.

His custom-designed seat cover offers users the ability to keep their vehicle seats clean and tidy and their most precious cargo, themselves and their passengers safe.

‘He custom-designed the seat cover and incorporated a certified air bag seam, proven to not hinder the deployment of an air bag,’ continues Peter. He also had to incorporate a dome, zip and Velcro closing.

Tom has worked full-time for local canvas fabricator Peter May since 2016. ‘He is a skilled tradesman with a lot of potential,’ concludes Peter.
