It starts with looking at the signs, symptoms and triggers for stress, then how the biology of the brain works before moving onto how we can all incorporate some actions and thoughts into our own lives to help us reduce the effects of stress.
StressLess is very well written and easy to follow – it explains stress in everyday language and provides some real answers for coping with life’s stressful events. I highly recommend it.
