Fitness expert Kate Ivey offers some top tips when it comes to finding time to fit in exercise.
We all have long lists of things we need to get done each day, and fitting in exercise can sometimes seem impossible. It is commonplace for exercise to be left off, and people strongly yet incorrectly believe they have no time for it. To ensure you fit exercise into your busy schedule and therefore reap the endless benefits, you must make it a priority! Put simply, if it’s a priority, it will happen.
Think about your health and wellness and your life from a holistic standpoint. What can you do to make your life work better to enable exercise to be a part of it? Don’t forget that exercise will give you more energy and confidence, and you will be clearer of mind, so you will be creating a positive cycle that will enable you to be more productive.
