Fit­ness ex­pert Kate Ivey of­fers some top tips when it comes to find­ing time to fit in ex­er­cise.

We all have long lists of things we need to get done each day, and fit­ting in ex­er­cise can some­times seem im­pos­si­ble. It is com­mon­place for ex­er­cise to be left off, and peo­ple strongly yet in­cor­rectly be­lieve they have no time for it. To en­sure you fit ex­er­cise into your busy sched­ule and there­fore reap the end­less ben­e­fits, you must make it a pri­or­ity! Put sim­ply, if it’s a pri­or­ity, it will hap­pen.

Think about your health and well­ness and your life from a holis­tic stand­point. What can you do to make your life work bet­ter to en­able ex­er­cise to be a part of it? Don’t for­get that ex­er­cise will give you more en­ergy and con­fi­dence, and you will be clearer of mind, so you will be cre­at­ing a pos­i­tive cy­cle that will en­able you to be more pro­duc­tive.
