Drying Mushrooms

Bought too many mushrooms? Place sliced or torn mushrooms on a microwave-safe plate lined with a paper towel. Add another

piece of paper towel and a second plate. Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until completely dried out. Store in a paper bag

for up to 3 months!
