If we can do it – so can you! Challenge yourself, your
colleagues, friends or family and give it a go.
we just need a bit of encouragement to get moving. And when we do start moving, we realise it isn’t as hard as we thought it to be. Use this 14-Day Squat Challenge to kickstart your health and fitness and get exercising this winter. You can have rest days in between, and spread them out over the day if you wish. But don’t stop until you have completed them.
