While Liz does most of the front-of-house interaction with guests, Andy is busy running the other side of their business – a 2000-cow dairy farm, but is keen to offer farm tours and clay bird shooting when possible. Both, however, readily impart local insight to guests around what is on offer in Kurow and the surrounding valley. It was important to the family that Nest was established to showcase the region and not just their slice of it, to both domestic and (eventually) international tourists.
