A FANTASTIC NIGHT OUT FOR A FANTASTIC CAUSE!

After many setbacks as a result of Covid, Ashburton’s E3 Training was finally able to pull off their fundraising event for Gumboot Friday on 15 May and what a success it was! With an initial goal of $10,000 it quickly moved to $30,000 and even then, they knocked it out of the park, raising a whopping $48,000. ‘It was absolutely incredible,’ shares Cilla Baker of E3 Training. ‘We had over 340 people participate in a quiz night and were totally blown away by the support.’ Gumboot Friday is a charity connecting young people with counsellors or therapists.
