Mercure Sydney Hotel

-

It had been about 5 years since I last stayed at this property. At the time I thought it was very tired and needed a revamp, despite it being very conveniently located close to Sydney’s Central Railway Station and ideal for my purpose of central city meetings.

Recently refurbished, Accor’s Central Sydney four-star hotel, Mercure Sydney, offers Sydney city accommodation located only a short walking distance to Sydney’s major local attractions - Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay Wharf, Central Railway Station, Chinatown, Sydney’s Entertainment precincts including the Capitol Theatre and Sydney Entertainment and Convention Centre.

With Sydney Central Railway Station located next to the property, guests are only a short stroll away to exploring and discovering world famous Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and the historic Rocks precinct.

Mercure Sydney Hotel is a central Sydney hotel offering 517 modern contemporary guest rooms with 6 unique room types to choose from. This Accor property, with well-appointed accommodation, also offers Sydney visitors a new modern Australian Restaurant - Four Elements Restaurant & Bar on Level One. A great place to dine or simply catch up for a glass of your favourite tipple with friends or colleagues!

Guests staying at Mercure Sydney will enjoy the convenience and comfort of their 24-hour hotel facilities and services including 24 hour concierge, 24 hour hotel reception, 24 hour room service, 24 hour business centre and a 24 hour hospitality room for early arrivals to freshen up (this is a must have for any business or leisure traveller alike).

In addition, take advantage of the indoor rooftop swimming pool, sauna and gym overlooking the city skyline on Level 15 during your stay. The views are stunning!!!
