Travel: Located 1,000 kilometres north of Brisbane, the Whitsunday Coast Airport is serviced by TigerAir, Jetstar and Virgin Airlines with direct flights from Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Transfers are available from Proserpine and Hamilton Island airports.
