- By Steve and Chantal Ling

Lots of customers have asked about the new online shopping service and how it all works. Here’s a ‘howto’ guide to getting your groceries delivered to your doorstep, or ready for you to collect in-store.

Click sign in.

Enter your email address – click next.

Enter your name, phone number, birth date (dd/mm/yyyy).

You are now directed to the main homepage where there is a search bar to find products in our store. For example, enter ‘Rice’ – all rice options will appear.

On each product, there is an ‘Add+’ image. Click this to add the product. If you require more quantities, click the + symbol again. Continue to the next product on your shopping list. Keep clicking the ‘add+’ symbols alongside items until you have finished your shopping list.

The screen will now prompt you to ‘Add card’ – enter your credit card or visa debit card details. Enter your delivery address and any delivery instructions.

SUBSTITUTIONS: At this stage, we are encouraging customers to accept substitutions. As there is a lot of panic buying in the market, we will not always have exactly what you have ordered, but most of the time we can get a similar product from a different brand or a different size.

Happy shopping, and thanks for your support. 9. 10.
