■ Why aren’t we tougher on driver phone use, like some Australian states where fines are $1000? I’ve unbelievab­ly witnessed morons texting whilst driving. Amajor cause of fatal, but preventabl­e accidents. Wake up, authoritie­s!

drasticall­y reduced by Covid-19. However, I guess war times people dying was somuch more tragic. Tony
