Levin man named as abuse accused
A 71-year-old Levin man who has been charged in connection to historical sexual offending at Dilworth School has lost his bid for continued name suppression.
Graeme Charles Lindsay can now be named as one of the men charged after Justice Neil Campbell ordered for name suppression to lapse yesterday.
The Levin man is charged with three counts of indecent assault against two different complainants.
Lindsay and a Palmerston North man were arrested and charged earlier this year.
Continued name suppression was opposed by both Crown prosecutor Jacob Barry and Robert Stewart, who is acting for a number of media organisations, including Stuff.
