Rugby all off, again

No national provincial championship, Farah Palmer Cup and Heartland Championship matches, as well as all community and school rugby, will be played in New Zealand this weekend. NZ Rugby, which has made the decision due to Covid-19 restrictions, has also cancelled the Barbarians National Secondary School Championships Top 4 tournament. The tournament also had to be canned last year because of the pandemic.

■ For the second time this year, the national squash championships have been rescheduled. They were to have been played at Hutt City from September 10-12 but have been moved to October 29-31 at the same venue.
