Men’s series postponed

Next week’s Black Sticksmen’s hockey series against the Kookaburras has been postponed due to positive Covid-19 cases in the New Zealand camp. Hockey NewZealand said yesterday the four-game trans-Tasman series in Auckland would be pushed back three weeks toMay 31, June 2, 4 and 5. The women’s series against the Hockeyroos will still go ahead as planned, with aminor change in start times. Next Tuesday and Thursday’s games will nowstart at 7.05pm, while next Saturday’s and Sunday’s fixtureswill be at 3.35pm. The serieswill be the first international hockey action in NewZealand in almost a year.
