Angry West Ham manager David Moyeswas sent off as his sidewas knocked out of its Europa League semifinal tie against Eintracht Frankfurt yesterday. With his team 1-0 down and desperatel­y seeking an equaliser while trailing 3-1 on aggregate in the second leg of the semifinal in Germany, Moyes kicked the ball back at a ballboy, upsetwith what he felt was a slowreturn of the ball in their away game. Moyes received a red card for the incidentwi­th 12 minutes left, withWest Ham unable to change the scoreline in the dying stages. They also had to play with 10 men for 71 minutes after defender Aaron Cresswell had been sent off. Scotland’s Rangers made the final to meet Eintracht Frankfurt by beating Germany’s RB Leipzig 3-1 in Glasgowtow­in 3-2 on aggregate.
