New Zealand squash players Joelle King and Paul Coll had two straight game wins at the world squash championships in Cairo yesterday. world No 5 ranked King started strongly against Yathreb Adel (Egypt) looking sharp and accurate as she took the match 11-3, 11-5, 11-9. Meanwhile, world No 1 Coll, of Greymouth, downed India’s Mahesh Mangaonkar 11-5, 11-3, 11-9 in 35 minutes and will play 10th seed Mazem Hesham (Egypt) today while King meets 15th seed Nada Abbas (Egypt).
