Snow warning

MetService is warning motorists snowmay fall on the Desert Road. Awarning issued yesterday at 11am said showers could turn to snowon State Highway 1 near the summit from 7pm tonight to 1am tomorrowmorning. Up to 2cm of snowcould settle during this time, MetService said.
