MidCentral DHB reports 237 new cases, one death

The MidCentral District Health Board has reported another Covid-related death. There were 15 people with the virus in Palmerston North Hospital yesterday, including one person in intensive care, and another 237 people in the health board area have reported positive results. Covid-19 senior responsible officer Deborah Davies extended sympathies to the family and friends of the person who diedmost recently. That death has brought the district’s Covid-related death toll to 39. There are 1769 active cases across the district, including 910 in Palmerston North, 334 in Manawatū, 207¯ininOTararuaand82 taki.
