Decision reversed

Woodville Campground will remain open over the Christmas period. The Tararua District Council has apologised for an announcement made earlier that said the grounds would close due to staff going on annual leave. A statement from the council said the announcement was made as a result of processes not being followed. The council thanked residents for their ‘‘strong’’ messages about the closure.
