■ Would really love to visit Cross Hills Fair but as a pensioner the entry fee would leave little cash over for purchasing products and gifts.

■ Read Nat MP Matt Doocey comment re where has all the money gone in response to Labour’s announced $1.9b for mental health. I ask him to check back as far as late the 1980s. Every year National was in power they cut the mental health budget. EVERY YEAR!!

■ How is it that when police are pursuing a fleeing driver there are always many cars in the pursuit, but when it comes to boy racers and all the problems they cause there is only one car attending? Where’s the logistics in that?

■ Male, pale and stale. Women sports teams should be coached by women. We have heard these phrases quoted continuall­y over the last few years and yet who do the Black Ferns thank for winning the RWC? Their 65 and 76-year-old white male coaches. Well done.

■ Should the girls’ win be compulsory viewing for the All Blacks? BYRON
