■ Surprised to see a person picking flowers at the Esplanade over the weekend. A full hearty bunch too! Sad to see as the flowers are there for everyone to enjoy! A no-no surely! W Win

Individual game attendance­s, relative ticket prices, scores of big three vs. other nations. In PN much of women’s grassroots rugby involves ‘‘pick up’’ teams.

■ Not impressed with picture of proposed suburban dwellings on front of paper Nov15!

■ Time the police got creative with boyracers. Have an old arctic truck available to block off the road and come back when the ‘‘boys ‘‘ have run off, then impound the cars. Crushing could be a plan too. KM

■ Comment by Thomas Manch that ‘‘Ardern was not invited to the G20 meeting’’ simply displays his ignorance. G20 is a group of the world’s 20 largest economies. NZ is clearly not one of these.

■ Tuesday front page. The song ‘‘little boxes on hillside made of tic tac, they all the same’’. There are many developing areas in NZ this applies to.

■ The PM should concentrat­e on the pay rates, staffing numbers and working conditions of our nurses instead of demanding the NZRU pay bonuses to female rugby players.
