Cooking for seniors: Age Concern Counties Manukau holds Senior

Chef, a free practical for older people who want to re- kindle an interest in cooking or who want to learn to cook, over eight consecutive weeks on Wednesdays from August 10. Course numbers are limited, bookings are essential. Ph 279 4331 extension 800.
