Cooking for seniors: Age Concern Counties Manukau holds Senior

Chef, a free practical for older people who want to re- kindle an interest in cooking or who want to learn to cook, over eight consecutiv­e weeks on Wednesdays from August 10. Course numbers are limited, bookings are essential. Ph 279 4331 extension 800.
