Bus transport is encouraged, with return tickets on sale now from the festival website. And once you are through the gates, purchases will be fast and contactles­s with the Wayver wristband system. Simply scan the wristband to make purchases once you have topped up funds to the wristband’s smart chip at a Wayver booth.

This year you can get a head start on a great day of wine and food wins, with new Find a wine website content. Search by variety and other categories, or scroll through each wine available at the festival and delve deeper into those that take your fancy.

Likewise for food, you can find tempting detail online about what each caterer will bring to the table.

• You will receive a souvenir wine glass and access to the Culinary Pavilion and all entertainm­ent zones

• Purchase additional tickets for a Masterclas­s • Bring your fold-up chair and picnic rug, but leave

tables, gazebos and big umbrellas at home

• Bring your best self – drink responsibl­y and stay

hydrated at the free water stations • It’s a special day so dress nicely and keep your

shoes and shirts on

• Car park tickets can be purchased for $10 from the festival website – tickets provide all-day festival car parking for one vehicle and exclusive public vehicle access to the festival site via Uxbridge Street
