Starfish moves to a temporary new home

Matamata’s youth service provider Starfish Social Services has moved from its old location in Arawa St to temporary premises at 49 Firth St.

Counsellor Jo McNaughton said all appointments, programmes, youth development, counselling and mentoring would continue as normal.

However, youth drop-ins would no longer be possible at the new site.

Young people were still encouraged to make an appointment or to call in and check out what services were available, said Ms McNaughton.

Starfish is currently looking for permanent premises.
