HARD- LY SPEAKING 11 April, 6- 8pm

There has been a regular event in Christchurch for women, called Broad-ly Speaking, where women speak to, and with, other women. Now a new event on April 11 has been organised which encourages men to share their experiences. Organisers Brown Bread say

“We questioned if now was the time to push forward with Hard-ly Speaking – but given recent events in Christchurch, we actually think it couldn’t be more relevant. Now more than ever, we need to front up to tough conversations. To show solidarity by showing up.” Hard-ly Speaking is a space for the stories that redefine male narratives. With six diverse speakers sharing their unique perspectives, this event stands for frank discussions and real connections. broadlyspeaking.nz/ broad-lychristchurch
