Honey with Eucalyptus & Pistachios

Makes 1 jar

300ml light honey, e. g. Tawari or Kamahi 4- 5 drops eucalyptus essential oil 100g pistachio nuts, shelled

Place the honey and eucalyptus oil in a small bowl and mix well to combine.

Place the pistachio nuts in a glass jar and pour the honey mixture over them into the jar.
