Honey with Citrus, Ginger & Chilli
Makes 1 jar
1 small organic lemon 1 small organic orange 1 piece of ginger
1 small dried chilli 200ml Manuka honey Wash the lemon, orange and ginger and cut each into thin slices.
In a glass jar, alternately layer the slices of fruit and ginger. Crumble the dried chilli and sprinkle it over the top. Pour in the honey, leaving for a few hours so the flavours can infuse.
