The Canyon at Tarras vineyards is one of the best new and most popular lunch dining experiences in Central Otago. Located in Bendigo, the venue is a short (and dramatic) drive up the Bendigo Loop Road. I have to admit it’s hard not to keep staring out into the stunning 180-degree vista.
