This has a complex and seductive bouquet with aromas and flavours of ripe dark red cherry, wet clay, limestone mineral and earth layers. It has firm textures of chalky tannins and acidity contrasted by a core of ripe red berry flavours. Needs to be cellared for some time to bring together all the qualities into a harmonious crescendo.
