PRAISE THE DOCTOR

My daughters buy me my subscription each year to the magazine, which I look forward to reading every month. I was disappointed an actress was on the cover and Dr Katalin Karikó’s story of her wonderful work (‘The COVID Lifesaver’, June) was at the end. A sad reflection on society and mainstream media if that is the priority.

It’s wonderful to celebrate inspiring, successful human beings, but does everything have to revolve around marketing, making money and not upsetting the anti-vaxxers?
